Home-made pizza

INGREDIENTS

  • type 500 wheat flour - 250 g (1.5 cups)

  • yeast (fresh) - 20 g

  • salt - 5 g (1/2 tsp)

  • sugar- 3 g (1/3 tsp)

  • olive oil - 2 tbs

  • water - 150-160 ml (approx. ¾ glass) 

PREPARING THE DOUGH (mixer):

Pour all the ingredients into the mixer bowl and add lukewarm water, then mix it into a smooth, even mass (around 6-7 minutes on a low rpm). After mixing the dough, shape it into balls, place in a bowl and lave covered in a warm place for around 20 minutes. Then use your hands or a rolling pin to stretch the dough out into a round shape the size of the worktop. Then coat the dough in sauce and arrange the ingredients however you prefer (cheese, salami, etc.). Leave the pizza in a warm place for approx. 25 min, bake in the oven at a temperature of around 230C for around 13-15 minutes, then remove the pizza from the oven.
