Bearing in mind our customers’ increasingly sophisticated expectations, we have prepared a line of specialist flours intended for home baking based on traditional recipes. These include wheat bread flour, ideal for baking real, delicious homemade wheat bread.
Type 750 Szczepanki wheat bread flour is obtained by grinding Polish wheat grain. Thanks to the natural enzymes it contains, bread baked with it acquires the optimum volume, flavour and aroma of home baking.
Among flours intended for home baking, we recommend our new products: wholemeal rye flour for baking wholemeal bread, wheat pizza flour for homemade pizza and graham wheat flour for homemade graham rolls.
