RAZOWA Wholemeal Rye Flour Type 2000

 

Bearing in mind our customers’ increasingly sophisticated expectations, we have prepared a line of specialist flours intended for home baking based on traditional recipes. These include wholemeal rye flour, ideal for baking homemade wholemeal bread. 

Type 2000 Szczepanki wholemeal rye flour is a wholegrain flour obtained from grinding whole grains of Polish rye. It is extremely flavoursome, and its high fibre content has beneficial effects on the digestive system. It is also a source of many natural microelements, such as magnesium, potassium and phosphorus.
